The property is ideally suited for a Bed and Breakfast. I have preliminary plans and approvals from the city for a 14 room B & B. The cost estimate for this is about 400,000Pounds Sterling. The economic development agency of the area has indicated that such a project would qualify for about a 25% rebate on restoration costs. The tourist office has indicated to me that since this would be the only hotel on a river for miles, they could have it full from May through October.    There are also preliminary plans for six additional apartments. Other uses include a university extension center, corporate retreat,etc.
